Vineyards: The wines come from 100% of our vineyard in Casablanca. The wine is produced in limited quantities in Loma Larga property. For this purpose, the best parcels of vines were selected with a very fine management, producing on average a maximum of 6 tonnes per hectare for the Loma Larga online and 9 tons per hectare for Lomas line del Valle in order to reach a large concentration and a good phenolic maturation in a cold area such as Casablanca.

This slow maturation of grapes is due to the variation of temperature extremes between day and night. A cold breeze coming from the Pacific Ocean causes this phenomenon in the valley. This feature, in addition to poor soils in the hills and Peach hills, offer an exceptional terroir for producing high quality wines.
