In order to obtain superlative quality wine, the harvest is made in the early hours of the day or at night.
It is harvested by selecting each cluster by hand, in trays of 10 kilos to receive in the winery small batches of grape. Then you proceed to a second hand selection of the trays in the cellar. With an area of 2,300 square meters, the winery produces a maximum of 300,000 liters of wine. 70% of our stainless steel vats have a capacity of 5,000 liters
