It’s precisely what Felipe Diaz has bet on: wines with character that start a buzz, cross borders and compete with the French, Spanish and Californian wines. From a small cellar that treasures the small beginnings of this boutique winery, and where visitors can participate in vertical tastings starting with a 2004 vintage, we spoke with the head of the family business.
